On-Site Factory Inspections

Our inspectors visit factories in person to verify production conditions, check equipment, review worker qualifications, and ensure your order is being manufactured correctly at each production milestone.

Video & Photo Evidence

We document every inspection with photos and videos. If a factory tries to claim quality issues don't exist, our evidence protects you. Visual documentation supports any dispute resolution with the supplier.

Production Monitoring

Beyond final inspection, we conduct production follow-ups at key milestones: raw material inspection, mid-production quality checks, and pre-shipment final inspection. Weekly progress reports keep you informed.

Service Guarantee

If a batch quality problem is caused by our inspection negligence — something we failed to catch — we refund the full inspection service fee for that order. We're accountable for our work.
