Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our sourcing services
A sourcing agent helps you find reliable factories in China, negotiates prices on your behalf, manages quality inspections, and coordinates logistics. We act as your local representative — bridging language, culture, and distance gaps. We work exclusively for you, not the factory, ensuring your interests are protected at all times.
Simply fill out the inquiry form on our website or contact us via WhatsApp/email. Tell us what products you need, estimated quantity, and any specific requirements. We'll respond within 24 hours with initial feedback and next steps.
Our fees depend on the service package you choose. We offer transparent, separate billing from factory costs. You always see the factory's original invoice — our service fee is added as a distinct line item. No hidden commissions or factory kickbacks.
We specialize in three main categories: (1) Building Materials — waterproofing, thermal insulation, exterior coatings, stone paint, mortars, etc.; (2) Construction Machinery — excavators, loaders, forklifts, spare parts; (3) Custom Industrial Products — customer-specified hardware and general industrial goods. We do not handle food, wine, or dangerous chemicals.
Yes. All our service packages include AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection — the international standard used by major retailers. We provide detailed written reports with defect photos. If a batch problem is caused by our inspection negligence, we refund the service fee for that order.
For orders we manage, funds are held in escrow and released in stages: 30% deposit when order is placed, 40% after AQL inspection passes, and 30% after shipment. This protects both buyer and seller — the factory only gets paid when quality standards are met.
Absolutely. We can arrange factory visits with professional interpretation. Our team provides on-site support including negotiation assistance, vehicle arrangements, and translation services. Factory visit fees are quoted separately based on location and duration.
We work with verified freight forwarders offering sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, express courier, and railway options. We help you select the optimal method based on your volume, timeline, and budget. You receive the forwarder's original invoice with no markup.
Yes. We assist with quality disputes that arise after shipment. Our inspection reports and evidence support your claims with the factory. We also proactively follow up on any logistics exceptions and help resolve issues throughout the process.
MOQ varies by product and factory. Some products have no minimum; others may require 100-500 units. After understanding your requirements, we'll identify factories that match your order size. We can often negotiate flexible MOQs on your behalf.
